When She Was Good

This business of time management I talked about in the last post. It is getting better but isn’t fixed yet.

This painting is for a charity show called ” Little pictures make Hansel grow”.

This is from their website welcome page ; “At Hansel, our job is to help people with disabilities have a future that is interesting, meaningful and fulfilling.”

I contributed two years ago but missed last year due to being: a) too busy  b) too lazy  c) forgetful and missing the deadline (a bit of all three).

So far I have completed this picture for this year but they haven’t got it yet. The deadline was two weeks ago but Maggie (organiser) has assured me that if I deliver today then all is good. I just need to find a willing driver to help me get it there.

The pic is a small 8″ x 8″ acrylic version of my gravatar painting. Our Kate in bunches with a cheeky grin. I am calling it “When She Was Good”. Kate wont mind, she knows she’s bad now. Ha ha.

The show lasts three days and all the paintings are for sale the first day for £300, the second (if unsold) £200 and third day £150. We’ll see if it sells at all.
